how do i take fortisip compact protein?
Two 125 ml bottles of Fortisip Compact Protein can be consumed per day (or as recommended by your healthcare professional) in addition to your daily food intake. It can be consumed with or without food.
Fortisip Compact Protein is ready-to-drink and can be consumed straight from the bottle, through a straw or poured into a glass. It can also be mixed with other foods and made into a smoothie.
Fortisip Compact Protein tastes best when served chilled, but it can also be frozen or gently warmed without boiling. So keep a few bottles in the fridge at all times.
Fortisip Compact Protein should be stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, it is recommended to consume a single
bottle at once, however it can be re-sealed and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

Can I take fortisip compact protein with my other medications?
You should be able to take Fortisip Compact Protein with most medications. For any medication that specifies to be taken on an empty stomach, do not take these with Fortisip Compact Protein. Interactions between medications and food and drink may exist. If you are unsure or have questions, ask your pharmacist or prescribing doctor about whether Fortisip Compact Protein can be taken with your medication.
Other considerations for taking fortisip compact protein
Fortisip Compact Protein:
Is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition and should be used in addition to your daily food intake.
Contains ingredients obtained from milk and soybeans. People who have an allergy to milk or soybeans may not be able to consume this product. People with lactose intolerance should not be concerned as the lactose content of Fortisip Compact Protein is negligible compared to the amount of lactose that can be tolerated without symptoms by a lactose intolerant person.
Is not suitable for people with galactosaemia, or for children under 3 years of age. Use with caution in children aged 3-6 years.
